We just finished a big cycle of billing upgrades, allowing teams to easily do the following:
1) Refresh My Credits & Reset Billing Cycle
We used to tell users to contact us via live chat if they needed more credits before their billing renewal date.
In those cases, what we usually would recommend is just resetting the monthly billing date to today to trigger a new batch of credits.
Now we've introduced a button to let you do that yourself:


Credits are issued immediately after successful payment, which usually takes just a few seconds to show up on your dashboard.
2) Edit Billing Contacts, Download Invoice Copies, & Update Payment Methods
The second big update is that we've integrated more deeply with Stripe Portal, allowing your admin users to edit billing contacts (email, address, and tax ID), download recent invoice copies, and manage your payment methods beyond credit cards.

From the Stripe Portal you can manage each of these directly:
